Boon founder Deepti Yenireddy is driven by her passion for making a real difference for large industries and individual users alike. “I love building a product for customers and seeing the impact it has on people,” she explains. It’s this simple yet important mission that informs Deepti’s leadership at Boon and inspires our team members to turn ambitious visions into real-life products and processes.
A History of Building and Innovating
Deepti’s career has been defined by her work creating, shaping, and guiding businesses. Prior to founding Boon, she worked extensively with a giant software company and has already built and sold a successful startup.
As Founder and CEO of Boon, Deepti brings a wealth of knowledge about automating workflows, increasing efficiency, and helping clients meet their goals. Her enthusiastic, pragmatic attitude has been shaped by years of solving practical problems. With Boon, Deepti is tackling her most extensive and significant set of challenges so far.
Serving a Vital Industry
Boon specializes in helping members of the trucking, transportation, and logistics industry accomplish day-to-day objectives in a streamlined way—giving them the breakthrough technology tools they need to serve their customers. “These companies make such an impact but also are so underserved. That’s why we started Boon—to help these companies automate their essential workflows using AI,” says Deepti. Boon’s innovative AI-integrated platform manages vast amounts of data—facilitating the transition to paperless operations and keeping track of the vast network of routes and relationships that make these companies so important.
Often taken for granted, trucking and transport companies are inextricably part of our daily lives. Boon works with companies transporting groceries to your local store, ambulances that rush sick patients to the hospital, and utility vans that repair damaged infrastructure. These are just a few examples of how Boon drives positive growth and change in the world, which was Deepti’s primary motivation when she founded the company. “I really wanted to build something for an industry that is essential to our economic infrastructure,” Deepti shares.
Asking the Right Questions, Finding the Right Solutions
Deepti believes that because Boon is carving out a space in a historically underserved sector, her team has to ask the right questions to solve customer problems. “What is important to our customers? What do they care about? What do they do on a day-to-day basis?” Deepti says. These big questions are foundational for Deepti and the Boon team to develop tailored solutions and methods to best meet customer needs.
It was this desire to learn more about an exciting and crucial industry that ultimately inspired Deepti to found Boon. “Learning more in general about our customers—about their processes and their pain points—is essential to help them implement cutting-edge AI technology,” Deepti concludes.
