Terms of Service

By accessing or using Boon by Boon Technologies, Inc., you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the “Terms”) and our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the platform.

Boon provides users with a platform to use AI to automate their workflows. The platform may be used for free, but may also require payment for certain services. Boon reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including, but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or content. Boon may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the platform without notice or liability.

In order to access and use the platform, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Any data that you input into the platform, including, but not limited to, personal data will be treated as confidential in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. The platform may use this data to provide analytics and insights, but will not share this data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the platform’s services.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not, and may not permit any third party to: (a) use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; (b) access the platform through automated means, including scraping, crawling, or bots, except as we expressly permit; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or circumvent any security, access, or authentication measure; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform. We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, for any suspected violation.

You may not access the platform if you are a direct competitor of Boon, except with our prior written consent. In addition, you may not access the platform for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes. Access by an employee, contractor, agent, or representative of a Boon competitor is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without notice.

Boon Platform and its content, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, and code, are the property of Boon and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Boon. You further agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the platform, or to access the platform in order to build a competitive product or service or to copy its ideas, features, functions, or graphics, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Boon is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Boon does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Boon will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Boon reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

These Terms and your use of the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law.
