Our mission at boon is to double efficiency and revenue through our AI-powered workflow platform. By delivering a single solution that acts as a control center connecting our clients’ systems, we can easily automate repetitive manual tasks and provide efficiencies at scale. Dozens of fleets have already come to rely on our AI agent to work behind the scenes, some of which can observe human workers and mimic their workflows after just a few days.

• Connectivity: The last thing fleet operators need is another standalone tool, so we created boon to connect all clients’ existing systems with many different methods, streamline operations, and make data collection easy. 
• Compound AI System: In a B2B use case, accuracy is highly important, this makes the difference between picking up 11 pallets in Door 21 vs. picking up 21 pallets at Door 11 which has a big real world impact. Our team is building a cutting edge compound AI system using a combination of foundation models, OCR and markers.
• Context based automation: A huge part of getting it right is also understanding context, transporting strawberries is different from transporting people. We have models built to train on vertical, company specific data so the agent can perform actions specific to them. For every four drivers, there is one back office staff member. boon is now the second team member — but automated. Our agent can already perform tasks like sending reminders for drivers to upload their Bill of Lading (BOLs)/Proof of Delivery (PODs) to get fleets paid faster. 
• Communication: With drivers on the road, often in remote areas with spotty service, communication gaps are inherent, but boon’s generative AI chatbot can answer driver questions 24/7, not only providing the support they need but boosting retention by ensuring they are set up for success.
